You only need 4mbps for HD
No piracy
Cheaper to manage from a business standpoint due to the fact that the servers will always be in use
No disc creation costs
Ability to access your games from nearly anywhere with an internet connection

well there are a lot of things that i want.
which i think will b good like

hdmi resolutions.

always available games.

no downloads

and too good graphics ( sine i will not be rendering anything on my comp or console, i'll be using their processing power.

however there are a few things i hate :

no more free games. ( no warez)

monthly subscriptions. Grrrr..

i guess if they want my money, onlive better be insane adn the next step in gaming..
